1:1 Monthly Call

Every 4 week block of programming will be accompanied with a 1:1 60min zoom call with Julia to have an intimate, honest and open chat about whats working for you, whats not working for you and strategies you can implement to improve your lifestyle and happiness

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Personalised Fitness Program

The JGOONAN COACHING app is a free app with your own personal login to access your program, habits and nutrition. This is where you will track all of the weights you lift, workouts you do, maintain your progress, complete nutrition goals and look back at progress photos. Every exercise has video demonstrations created by Julia that are suited for both in the gym or at home, as well as timed rest breaks for guidance.

Weekly + End of Block Check in

By committing to yourself and our coaching relationship, every Monday you will submit a weekly check in to reflect over the last week of work you put in. This weekly check in dives deep into what's been working or not working out for you. I reply via voice messages on Voxer within the following business day with advice and support to direct you in the right direction for you.

Client Resource Library

As a private client of mine, you will receive unlimited access to all workbooks, eBooks, video and podcasts I create. These are easy to download and is updated every month with a new workbook written to combat clients' struggles along their fitness and health journey. The resources are shared via a private facebook group that also includes live trainings and exclusive discounts.

1:1 Telegram weekdays

Telegram is a free voice messaging, texting and overall communication app that thrives off what you put in, you will get out.
Telegram is the chance to ask any and every question, send videos/photos of exercises and communicate with me.
Coaching includes Telegram access to me Mon-Fri between 9am and 4pm.
