For years I was doing the fitness, the training, the eating healthy, but still unhappy on a daily basis. How I lead conversations, my relationships, my self talk, I was training to PUNISH myself - until I honed in and committed to working on my mindset.
I have become the most emotionally intelligent I’ve ever been. I have grown astronomically in my mental strength and wellbeing that now, all those fitness goals, wearing the clothes I want, eating the healthy food consistently - that’s all a bonus.
I lead myself from such a high standard that I know you can too. I was once you - people pleasing, afraid to speak my mind, debilitated by the thought of people disliking me - then I started prioritising me, living by MY values - and here we are. Happier than ever.

With over 4 years of coaching experience, both in the gym and online, I have refined my own technique and ability to teach technique, exercises, progressive overload and weight-loss strategies to bring success to my clients.
Whether you have weight loss goals, strength goals or are simply wanting to find a way to move your body you actually enjoy and can maintain, my coaching is for you
You will track your workouts, habits and nutrition (this is optional) via the JGOONAN COACHING app that is fit out with all video demonstrations of exercises, warm up and cool down routines and collects all data relating to your training.
I am also certified to train pregnant and post natal women.
